Hi,
There are grid settings available for each Theme-Feature widget you added. Please try to select any Theme-Feature widget (ones you added to Features Section widget area) and have a look at its bottom part. You will see Widget Size (x of 12): Large Desktop, Desktop, Tablet and Mobile. You should set up the grid view for each device.
If you need to have 2 rows with 4 items in each you should make sure there is ‘3’ property selected for Desktop and Large Desktop.
Hello, i have the same problem, but i change any times and don’t work.
I have 7 features, but i like to show 4 in the top area and 3 next, but the 3 features appear aligned in the right corner and would like them to be centralized.
How i can do it?

You need to go to Appearance>Customize>Widgets>Features Section select last 3 Feature widgets and set Widget Size ‘4’ for Large Desktop and Desktop modes. Make sure you set it for 3 last widgets which are placed in a lower row of your features (under row with 4 features)
