If you mean output all of the articles of a certain category then you can do that. Use the second button and select a category. This help doc talks about it:

Oh I’m sorry, I meant in the backend — on the all wiki pages page? To be able to see, for instance, what articles I’ve put in for a particular topic.
I guess I could just make a full contents page and look there but I’m still figuring all that out 🙂

Ah. On the backend, go to Wiki Categories and on the right side of the list of categories, it has a count. If you click on the number you can see them.
