    We’re currently still using the Braintree Payment Gateway by SkyVerge, which is no longer available and will not receive updates. It works exactly how we want it to and, more importantly, it is the only Braintree plugin for Woocommerce that will allow us to access the customer payment tokens stored in the Braintree Vault.

    At some point the SkyVerge plugin will stop working with Woocommerce and we will be forced to move to a different payment plugin. Woocommerce recommends we use this plugin, but it does not allow customers to manage their saved payment methods and if we switch, all active subscriptions will be put on hold and customers will be required to reenter their card information.

    Also, is there planned support for the “manage payment methods” section of the “my account” customer dashboard in Woocommerce?

    Hi There,

    Your concerns are completely valid, I just checked with our developers and here is the update: With regard to your concerns on the SkyVerge plugin stopping, please be assured that this will not be the case. The developers are currently working on merging both the 2 plugins currently available and this should be available in the next few weeks. You can continue to use the current plugin until then without worries.

    The support for adding tokenization/saved payment methods is currently under development and will be available in an upcoming release. As it is under active development I am not able to provide an exact ETA.

    With regard to the Migration, once the unified plugin is available, we will be having this included in the documentation on the recommended steps if any to ensure a smooth transition. I hope that is fine with you. Your suggestions are always welcome.

    Has this happened yet? Is this module compatible / have upgrade path with customer tokens on the old skyverge version?

    @spraveenitpro I see nothing in release notes. why is this marked resolved?

    The worst part is that we are stuck on an old version of woocommerce too since the skyverge version does not work with 2.6+!
