Featured Content Option Missing

    Hello.
    I am setting up a blog site and want to customize the twenty four theme as Grid but the Featured Content option in Customize does not appear through which to choose Grid.
    I’ve done a bit of searching on this and Jetpack is installed but Featured Content still does not appear.
    I’m new to WordPress. Is there some prerequisite required for Featured Content to appear as an option?
