Featured Image

This is a nice looking theme, and I hope to use it. My first issue, tho, are the featured images. It looks nice on the first page, but when clicking “read more”, the images appear twice. I can only assume that to get it on the first page, you need to use a “featured image” in post options? But then it is displayed twice if you read the sinle post.

Am I doing something wrong? Help please 🙂
