featured image

Dear all, why is it so complicated to add the featured image to this plugin? I read this demand quite often. Would it help to embed this into the plugin with a on/off button? I read your sticky post “How to add featured image” with 11 people 26 postings, 3 years old. But in my humble opinion this will not solve this demand for most users. Sorry for asking. I know someone has to do the job. I am just curious. Kind regards and sunny greetings.
