In AMP version, the featured image is stretched to both sides of the screen. In non-AMP version, the featured image in mobile is aligned with the width of the content.

Let me keep you informed that the Swift Theme displays the Featured Image as it does now.
With regards to your query, I would like to inform you that you can use the other Layout in Design –> SwiftTheme –> Single and select the other Layout or else I’ve got the other option for you i.e., you can use AMP Layouts to display the Content in different Layout.

I chose the second layout in Design –> SwiftTheme –> Single and now the featured image is aligned with the post content. But there is one other small problem now. I am selecting to display the author name but it is not displaying when using this layout of Single. Looks like a bug. Author Bio displays correctly when selected.
