Hi @sygy88,
Do you want to replace the header image with the featured image of restaurant menu category? It looks like you need to override the archive (taxonomy) file for categories of a restaurant menu in your theme. Could you specify what theme you use on your site?

Hi, Thanks for the reply! Ah so it’s a theme issue that didn’t implement featured images for categories !?
I still use the Catch Foodmania by Catch Themes theme.
In fact it is very uncomfortable that the category for your layout has a foreground image but then the theme inserts another one. Once everything is fixed I would hide the foreground image of your layout with css, since the theme will display the image for you. Graphically the site remains the same.
If you want to see a demo of the problem this is a category page of your plugin on my site that I am building
Thanks again for all you do!

Hi @sygy88,
Thanks for your reply and for the provided information. Probably you can see the featured image of the gallery since you enabled Developer (plugin) Mode. Please try to navigate to Restaurant Menu > Settings find there Template Mode. make sure to switch the Theme Mode. Let me know if it helps.

Hi @dimned
Thanks for the reply. I tried to set it up as you said but it doesn’t change. I posted a discussion in the theme support forum. I hope I can solve the problem even with the help of the theme developer!
The strange thing is that this problem is only in the categories, in the menus even if I use “Developer Mode”, the foreground image is correctly displayed in the background of the menu.
Thanks if you leave this ticket open, I will update the resolution status.
