Featured Image Disappears

    I just installed Version 1.8.4 and it’s causing my site’s featured image functionality to disappear on pages and custom post types. If I click on Screen Options the Featured Image with the checkbox is gone too.

    I deactivated all my plug-ins and activated them one-by-one, and the plugin that is causing this problem is Adminimize. When activated, Featured Images is gone completely; when deactivated everything is there and working as it should.

    Is there a fix for this?
