Featured Image Has Disappeared

    The option to add a featured image has disappeared on this site:

    http://www.stuartryanmusic.com/shop/ (masterclass is the latest product which I am unable to add a featured image for – older products have featured images but when you look at the backend the option to add or change them has gone).

    I have tried add this code to the functions.php file –

    add_theme_support(‘post-thumbnails’, array(‘post’, ‘page’, ‘product’));

    but it hasn’t worked. Grateful for any advice! Thanks

    Your theme seems to be based on Karma version 4.0.4 but the latest version is 4.2. See the changelog:

    It looks like the authors have been busy so perhaps they have fixed this problem. If updating take a backup first.

    Hi Lorro, thanks for your response. I tried updating the theme and then disabling all the plugins and have discovered it is a conflict with the plugin Download Monitor. To get around the problem I have deactivated it, uploaded a featured image and then re-enabled it again. I have notified the plugin author also.
