Sorry for the delay! I am not getting notifications again for new posts for some reason.
Start with the raw feed, are images showing up there?
If not, that should be solved first. Usually, it’s an RSS issue, another plugin conflicting or also filtering the RSS feed content, etc.
If images are in the raw feed, good, then the plugin is doing it’s job, now to figure out if it’s due to Mailchimp not liking WordPress responsive images in the Preview (but images do show in a test send), or it’s something else within Mailchimp.
Let me know on the above and let’s see if we can get this worked out.

You can also try viewing your feed in a RSS reader like Feedly.com.
In Mailchimp, are images not showing in the preview, but they do show if you do a test send? Or they are missing from the test send as well?
