• Hi all,

I would like to ask for some help with regards to the featured image.

I have added an image in the dashboard then I went to customize > blog > single post and then checked the ‘featured image in page header’ as you can see in the below photo.

    https://postimg.cc/c6pqmhwT

However the photo is not displayed. I deactivated all the plugins as I thought this would resolve the problem and then I activated only two plugins. These two active plugins are: Elementor and Elementor Header and Footer Builder. The photo is still not shown.

Then I went to elements positioning and turned on ‘featured image’. Then the featured image was finally visible, however the entire image dispite the set page header height.

I might have messed up something in the settings but I cant figure out what it can be.

so the main question: How can I see the featured image and set the right page header height?

    Many thanks

  • Hello,

Kindly share the snapshots of the issues and page URL to check it.
Unfortunately, no option to set the image height, you can only use the existing options to customize that section.

    Hiya,

Please click on the link in the previous message and then you can see the snapshot.
As you can see in the image, the option is there to set the page header height. Why is it not working?
What do you mean by existing options? Could you please be a bit more specific as I am not sure how to sort this out?

    Thank you

    Hello,

Please go to Appearance > customize > General Options > General Styling, and set the css output as wp head instead of custom, and check.

If not resolved with the above, try to reupload the image and check.
