featured image issue

Since today june 7th google news stopped showing our first image as featured image, could you help me figure out why? (we update yoast seo today, that could be the reason?)

I was just checking on this and it looks like the problem has either resolved itself or you found a fix.
Google News does seem to be crawling articles now for the images, so if there was a change in the article structure that may have affected things. Or sometimes the crawler has been known to pick up items incorrectly.
