featured image, link to time

Hey there,
really like the plugin.
But two things missing for me:

– please auto add an thumbnail of the video as featured image of the post
– add the possibility to link to a certain time in a youtube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Tjg6V1Eoz4&t=2m28s
