Featured image not printing

Hello, my company uses the Cooked plugin on a client site with hundreds of recipes. We have enabled the print functionality with the print icon appearing at the upper right corner of the recipe. When you click the icon, the print view page opens, displaying the desired content for printing (ingredients, directions, and featured image). However, when the actual print window opens, the featured image is not showing up on the print preview and is not printing. We would like the image to print as well.

I know that the print function is customizable, as outline here: http://docs.cooked.pro/article/36-print-full-screen. However, the print view that is launched already shows the image being pulled in, as the [cooked-image] pulls in the set featured image. We don’t know why the image is not showing up in the print window.

Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
