I have a problem. We are using Postie to republish some emails as posts.
The text part is perfect, as are the attachments.
There is only one problem: although the email author always attaches a .jpg file, it is never taken as a featured image.
We still have a default featured image in case it is not defined and in fact we see the default image and not the attached one. Could this be the problem why the attached image is not set as featured?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I assume you have Use First Image as Featured Image turned on.

A default featured image isn’t a standard WordPress feature so is likely being provided by another plugin which is likely conflicting with Postie.

You can collect detailed logs and send them to me using the Support AddOn and following the instructions at https://postieplugin.com/downloads/support-addon/

Ok. I’ll try to use Postie with the other plugin deactived too verify if the problem is solved.
