Hi @dawnmariehoward, that’s not good. Let’s figure this one out. I can see that other events have featured images showing like this one here.
I suspect it could be the file size, couple of users have that uncommon issue. Can you try “Edit Image” and re-saving with a new file name to your Media Library found on the right-hand side seen on your screenshot. Then use the newly saved image as featured image, see if that does the trick.

I did try that Abz, still not working. The file is only 960 x 960, I have other events with larger featured images.
In the image I shared above, you can see the recent duplicate images, those are all ones I can’t get the featured image to load so I tried to save as a new file and uploaded a second one.
I can’t find a difference between the featured images that do work and the ones that don’t. It’s not the size, file type or the file name.
I decided to resave the file using a different photo editing program and the images work now. It’s a hassle to have to do that tho. Any idea why? I’m literally just overwriting the file.

That is strange that just overwriting the image seems to have resolved this. I’m going to look into this to see if I can find an answer.

Yes. It’s happening again and my “resave” trick isn’t working this time. I’ve had no problems this week until this one. The process for saving these images has all been the same. I save them from a website or facebook page. They are jpgs. If not, I take a screenshot and save using photo editing program to make it a jpg.
