Featured Image Option Not Displaying

Hi am facing an issue with Event Creating as I am not having featured Image in Event option I want to add Featured Image but it doesn’t have an option.
Can you please help me out in this?

Let me brief you about it. You can easily find your feature image placing option by following this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Pp0jo1pCCj-D
From this option you can place your event’s feature image easily. If you do not have this option then it looks like it’s conflicting with other plugins. Please follow our PINNED post and reach us more. So, we can help you more with it.

We are sincerely sorry that this happened to you. This is not supposed to happen. Because we have not received any such issue from any client. Looks like it’s conflicting with other plugins or something.

I just followed your instruction but it didn’t work for me, I have deactivated all plugins including Eventin Pro Plugin too, but it doesn’t work.
Kindly check it as soon as possible because our Events are ongoing so we have to solve this issue sooner.
I have contacted you through email too and sent my Login credentials but did not get any feedback yet.

I have emailed 2 times and generated Ticket to your Support Theme, but it seems like you guys are on Vacations, I did not get any feedback yet from 2 days on my mail.
