Hi, when I have the plugin activated, and choose to ‘set’ or ‘replace’ the featured image on a post, the media library does not appear. I get this, note the faint outline of the media library in the red circle:

disabling site enhancements resolves the problem. I have this on multiple sites. I can give you access to a site as needed.

@lockedm can you try deactivate all the other plugins on only activate ASE?… does the issue persist then?

I’m unable to replicate this on my test site with Twenty Twenty Three theme and WP 6.3.1. When I click ‘Replace’ (Featured Image) on an edit screen (with block editor), the media library pop-up is showing up just fine.

What could happen is that there’s a conflict between ASE and another plugin in your site.

It’s been a while, but this will finally be fixed in the next release, v6.9.4.
