Unfortunately 2.0 and 1.6 don’t exist in WordPress plugin directory anymore. The ww.wp.xz.cn recommendation is to keep only the last 20 versions. It means you should have a version between 3.1.3 and 3.3.2, otherwise it’s completely impossible to give you support. Moreover old versions are not compatible with the current WordPress versions, plugins and themes and may have known security problems.
You can’t skip from WordPress 1 to 5 without having a lot of problems. Everything changed. And the same happens with FIFU. The versions 1 and 3 are completely different. The best tip I can give you is to keep your site updated. It’s better to have some small issues in a short term than 1 big issue in a long term.

But this is the WordPress forum for Featured Image from URL plugin, not Nelio Content.
omg, just realized the mistake! this is why i marked this as resolved because i saw it was the wrong plug in. But when you reply instantly thought it was for nelio. Sorry for wasting your time with this hehe. I was using your plugin long time ago but then it stopped working and nelio was the only one that worked for me until now….
