Featured Images naming issue

Hi,
First of all thank you very much for this great plugin. It save my time and helps me lot.
Yesterday when I tried to import data with featured images, I found a problem. ie the following are the 3 featured images links for my 3 posts in my csv file.

http://mydomain.com/files/image.jpg
http://otherdomain.com/wp-content/01/image.jpg

When I tried to import the posts with these featured images,
the main problem is the 1st image was replace with the 2nd one then the 2nd will be replaced with the 3rd image. So all my 3 posts are attached with the last image. This is because the 3 images have the same file name, but from different hosts. How can I solve this problem, please help me. My csv contains thousands of posts with images, but many images have common file names but different images.
