Featured images not set automatically

Hi!

First of all, I tried to create an account to your support at http://forum.webcraftic.com/ , but I was unable to create an account there. The register page freeze when submitting the user information. Secondly, I tried to contact you via your contact form through Creative Motion page at https://cm-wp.com/ , but have not yet got reply so I contact you via this support page now.

I bought the premium version of the plugin so I can get the featured images set from external URL’s automatically. This feature worked the first time when I uploaded the plugin and hit the “generate featured images” button from the settings. After this I’m not able to set the featured images from that method and no featured images are set automatically. Only manual way that works is to go to the articles page and generate images from there. I’m using WP pipes to auto post articles from RSS feeds. Any ideas what is causing the issue? Thanks!
