When i add a new job and set the checkmark for Featured Listing, after saving its unchecked.
Can you send me a screenshot of where you’re checking this box? Keep in mind that WP Job Manager is designed to be used via the frontend only, and that editing or adding jobs via the backend can cause issues.
Regardless, it worked for me when I tested it just now. I’m curious to see if you are doing something different.

And if a customer wants to be listed as Featured later? Then I can not set him as “Admin” on “Featured Listing”, although I am given the option?

“Hervorgehobes Jobangebot” lässt sich zwar anklicken, aber beim “Aktualisieren” wird die Checkbox nicht übernommen und der Job bleibt auf standard.
