Featured Portfolio projects

    Hello,

    I have a free version of the Rambo theme (Mambo as a child). It works great for my needs so far. However, can the links of Featured Portfolio Project headers be removed? At the moment if you click on http://www.powwerdesigns.com one of the 4 headers under images under Recent Work – for example Structure and the City, or Form and Meaning, they link to the home directory http://www.powwerdesigns.com/#. Is there any way to remove these links alltogether, or add proper links to relevant pages?

    Find below code in index-projects.php file line no 28, 44, 60, 76 

    <h3><a href="#"><?php echo $current_options['project_one_title']; ?></a></h3>

<h3><a href="#"><?php echo $current_options['project_two_title']; ?></a></h3>

<h3><a href="#"><?php echo $current_options['project_three_title']; ?></a></h3>

<h3><a href="#"><?php echo $current_options['project_four_title']; ?></a></h3>

    then replace or use your URL with “#”, then save index-project.php file and check it.

    thank you !!! it worked.

    I copied all contents from parent index-projects.php into the child theme’s index-projects.php, and then added the links. I was just wondering, if the theme is updated with new version of index-projects.php file, my child theme will override it?

    I am curious how people are dealing with this situation. Usually I have a list of things to check when a parent theme is updated, and this list is growing…. is there a way to just apply those links, without overriding the whole parent theme’s index-projects.php and its future updates?
