Featured posts with slider

I would need a plugin like this the one used here http://www.xataka.com/ for the header, i need it to use featured posts and if it uses a excerpt or you need to wirte something in a custom field tehre’s no problem. What i need is to change every x seconds and have a pager to change between them like the example i gave.
I’ve been looken and i found this, Featured Content Gallery but it doesn’t fit for my and it’s too tricky to modify it.
