Featured Prompt button

HI there. I am using the Radcliffe2 theme. I am trying to link the “Join Us” button on the “Featured Prompt” set-up to another page where the clients can sign up with a short checklist. When I hit the button, nothing happens. How do I engage this button? Also, on that “Featured Prompt” setup on the left side of screen, there is a option reading “Button URL Link”… is this where I put in the address of my website?
