Features Missing?

    In our admin section, we have recently lost the ability to view users on the site so that we can proactively chat with them. We also cannot see things like which page a user is currently visiting and what device they are using when chatting with us. Can someone help us find this information again – it has probably just moved.

    Hi @anchormd,
    the requested features have been removed because the existed procedure to initiate a chat with a user from the agent’s side doesn’t 100% meet the privacy standards we want to set. We did this as we plan to re-make this feature from scratch again later on.
