Features Missing – Plugin not working properly

    Hi there,

    I just downloaded the free version on a staging site and I don’t see many of the settings/options i.e. style options. Also, added one product to waiting list to test and didn’t receive any notifications/emails (or any successful subscription message on the page) and I don’t see any tabs/fields showing the people who subscribed to the waiting list.

    What could be the problem?

    we are sorry but the email notification is only available in the premium version of YITH WooCommerce Waiting List.

    @yithemes Hi thanks for your reply but that was only a small part of the issue I described. Not getting email notification is not the real problem. I don’t see any data when somebody subscribes to the waiting list, like nothing.

    Plus, as I mentioned, many of the settings/options are missing, i.e. I don’t see any settings related to style etc which is mentioned in your setup documentation. Any comments on the real issue, not the email notification?

    Hi,

    about the style options, they are not included in the free version of the plugin, but only in the premium one, we’re sorry. Thank you for reporting that, we’ll fix the plugin documentation to move them to the premium section.

    Furthermore, the other features you are talking about:

    1. send a confirmation email for successful subscription to the waiting list
    2. see the list of the products that have a waiting list

    are not included in this version of the plugin, but the premium version supports it.
