Feature request: Make responsive badges

    First: Great plugin!

    I saw there was a topic from 1 year ago with the same question.

    Since most of the people use smartphone (> 50%) and the badges are very important to show the reviews on a website. I think it’s urgent to create responsive badges.

    So badges can be show on: Mobile, Tablet, Desktop.
