Please, set featured image each and every post you want to display images.
Please, have a look at this URL-

Also make sure you set display image value to Yes. To do this, please go to setting-> Carousel Horizontal posts Content Slider-> then set display image value to yes.

thanks for your quick response.
Unfortunately, I have not solved anything, I checked the settings of the plugin settings for the thumbnails in the function.php file but without success.
You have alternatives to case?

For the theme work the thumb, if you see this page http://www.prevemassimodeluca.it/blog/ Note that there are thumb for each post.
But the plugin does not want to know …
