    Hey!

    About a week ago the fedex tracking has stopped working.
    Once you click on a link to track – every single tracking number gets the same error: Unfortunately we are unable to retrieve your tracking results at this time. Please try again later.

    Did you use a TrackShip for getting the shipment status?

    No, we don’t use the trackship. Just the AST plugin without anything.
    We use it to add tracking number, than we marked the order as completed.
    Customer receives the email – order completed with the tracking number in it with a direct link in the email to fedex website. But once you click on the link – the fedex website gives the error we mentioned above.
    This happened a while ago, but you made an update and it disappeared, now it’s again the same.

    It’s not related to our plugin. FedEx website showing an error.
    You need to contact FedEx about this.
