Fee application

    After failing with a payment, WooCommerce redirects to the checkout, and the user can choose another payment method. Most COD fee plugins seem not to apply the fee in this situation. They apply the fee only if COD payment is chosen immediately. Does your plugin apply the fee in this case as well? Thank you.
