Fee Recovery addon ‘$ is not a function’

    When using the Fee Recovery addon, it throws a js error when initializing itself.

    TypeError: $ is not a function give-fee-recovery-public.min.js:1:779

    Looks like something is going wrong when it is trying to assign $ from the jquery global… The script jquery.js?ver=1.12.4 is loaded before give-fee-recovery-public.min.js?ver=1.3.5

    Any guidance on getting this resolved would be appreciated, thanks!
