The issue you’re experiencing is related to the expiration of your Instagram token. Please check our screenshot: https://snipboard.io/Sl6cNY.jpg
This happens periodically as the token expires according to Facebook’s API policies, and unfortunately, we cannot automatically renew it as a third-party service.
To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
1, Remove your Instagram account from the plugin settings.
2. Re-add your Instagram account.
By doing this, your token will be refreshed, and everything should start working again.
Please note, we send an email to the registered email address when the token expires. However, the expiration process is controlled by Facebook’s API and is beyond our control.
