Hey!
If both feeds aren’t loading, that means either:
1) your App ID / Secret Key combination is incorrect or,
2) something is erroring with wp_remote_get and the feed is not being pulled correctly.
Can you share with me your App ID, Secret Key, and FB ID and I can test in my dev environment to help diagnose?

Hey, I have the exact same problem. It used to work correctly, but suddenly only the box is showing, without the actual feed content.
Maybe facebook changed something?

This topic appears on and off, for a few different reasons.
They include:
– Configuration Issue (either the feed isn’t a Public Page, has restrictions on it, or the App ID Secret Key are incorrect)
– Server Issue (the feed is pulled using the wordpress remote get api — some servers may have these features blocked)
– Bad Data was cached (sometimes the feed is cached, maybe with bad data — this should flush after 15 minutes.))
