    Hello

I want to export my variable products as 1 unique default variation.

The product has a default variation configured.

I want that feed only export the default variation. 1 variación per product, no more. But doesn’t work

I have marked this on config, doesn’t generate any variation on feed:

    Include product variations:YES
And only include default product variation:YES
And only include lowest priced product variation(s):NO

    ——————————————–
This combination display the product with all variations. I don’t want that

    Include product variations:YES
And only include default product variation:NO
And only include lowest priced product variation(s):NO

    ————————–

This combination WORKS and display the lowest price variation, but i don’t want that, i want the default
    Include product variations:YES
And only include default product variation:NO
And only include lowest priced product variation(s):YES
    ———————————-

¿Why the option to generate the default variation dosn’t work?

    Versión 11.2.6
    Wordpress 5.9
    Woocommerce 6.1.1

    Thank you

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

These plugin settings should work fine:

    Include product variations:YES
And only include default product variation:YES
And only include lowest priced product variation(s):NO

Did you make sure to set your default variations properly? So made sure to set all of the variation attributes as a default?

    Hi

Yes, i am sure, default combinations are created and set to default and this option don’t work:

    Include product variations:YES
And only include default product variation:YES
And only include lowest priced product variation(s):NO

I have made desactivated all other plugins, leaving only active woocommerce and Product Feed PRO, and the same problem is present.

    I noticed something:

    My product has this variations:

    Size: not affect price
    Color: not affect
    Pack quantity: it affects price.

I deleted the combination “pack quantity” and the product is exported on feed. It seems that if the product contains a combination that changues the price, it isnt exported on the feed whith this setting:
    Include product variations:YES
And only include default product variation:YES
And only include lowest priced product variation(s):NO

    ¿What can i do?

    Thank you

We have tried to replicate the issue at hand, for us it seems to be working fine when we use these settings:

We created a variable product with these attributes and values:

The variations look like this, including the set default variation:

How do the above two pages look for you on a product edit page?

    Hi

The edit product page doesn’t look exactly the same, because I didn’t create all variations for all combinations, as you know, one of the best characteristic ofwoocommerce is the option “any variations” to avoid creating all combinations (some times hundreds) so, only focus on the combination that changes the price.

The plugin should work exactly in the same way that with your screenshot and display the product on feed.

I think it’s a bug on the way that plugin works
    ¿What can i do?

    Thank you

    Hi,

The reason your default product variation is not ending-up in your product feed is because the default product variation you set does not match any of the two variations you have set. They need to align.

    Hello

I understand what you are saying, although I think that the plugin should take the default combination above, regardless of the fact that the rest of the combinations have not been created expressly. Facing the client when visiting the web if there is a predetermined combination.

Yope you can implement this on future versions.

    Thank you
