I have several sites using your plugin with a few different access tokens and the feed stopped working…here is one http://www.munamommy.com/

sorry i mean, 5 different accounts feed in my 5 different pages, it will be available?
@metil if the feeds are all separate, you can add them as per these instructions. If you have any further questions about this, please open your own support ticket.
@ennfrancosaysblog, it looks like the Instagram feed in your footer is displaying correctly now. Do you still need help?
@metil, yes and yes. You can display feeds from other public users and can display multiple users in the same feed or in separate feeds:
[instagram-feed id="13460080,28902942"]
Or[instagram-feed id="13460080"] [instagram-feed id="28902942"]@smash
my friend, i try another user ID add [instagram-feed id=”28902942″]
but no work, error: “Unable to show Instagram photos”
may be cuz new API in iNsta that no work? 🙁@metil, this will still work so long as you’ve updated and saved a new Access Token. See my response to your other thread: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/feed-from-another-profile-where-no-have-acces-token?replies=2
Hi, my version shows up us 2.0.4.2 and I don’t see any option to update.. how can this happen?
Hey aurukas,
We have a helpful FAQ for common issues here:
https://smashballoon.com/updating-the-instagram-feed-pro-wordpress-plugin/
Try following those directions, if you have any follow up questions you can use our support form here:
We updated our plugin to version 1.4.6 and updated our Instagram API token, yet we’re still getting the “Unable to show Instagram photos” error.
Javascript console shows this error:
sb-instagram.min.js?ver=1.4.6:6
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘username’ of undefinedThe variable data.data.username is undefined.
Thank you.
@peerpartners – take a look at the source HTML of your page and search for
sb_instagram_at. This should be your API key, is it the new key you entered or the old one? (Check the plugin settings page for reference)Thanks for helping out Eric. @peerpartners, if you still need help after trying what Eric suggested then just submit a ticket on our website with your ‘System Info’ from the plugin and a link to the page where you’re trying to display the feed and we can take a look for you.
Thanks!
John
Thanks Eric – We had incorrectly assumed that the API key got automatically copied into the settings field after Instagram re-authorization. Our site is up and running again.
When you assume… 🙂
Glad to hear everything’s working again now for you PeerPartners. Thanks again Eric!
John
