We updated our plugin to version 1.4.6 and updated our Instagram API token, yet we’re still getting the “Unable to show Instagram photos” error.
Javascript console shows this error:
sb-instagram.min.js?ver=1.4.6:6
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘username’ of undefined
The variable data.data.username is undefined.

@peerpartners – take a look at the source HTML of your page and search for sb_instagram_at. This should be your API key, is it the new key you entered or the old one? (Check the plugin settings page for reference)

Thanks Eric – We had incorrectly assumed that the API key got automatically copied into the settings field after Instagram re-authorization. Our site is up and running again.
