Feed Empty after Directory Change, Permalinks

I run my blog on self hosted WordPress on EC2. I recently made two changes around the same time: I moved the blog from the root directory to it’s own individual directory, and I setup prettier permalinks. I realized after both changes that my feed on /?feed=rss2 is redirecting to /feed/ which serves an empty page and breaks my feedburner integration. I’ve tried hitting /etherealbits/?feed=rss and etherealbits/feed and all serve an empty page. Any clue how I can troubleshoot?
