As long as the Group is Public, you should be fine.
Can you verify that you have the App ID and Secret Key in the correct fields? You shouldn’t be seeing the first error, if they are.
If you had invalid App ID and Secret Keys, you would pass the first test but fail the second test.

I did have them. But what I did then was use a page somewhere to get the unique identifier (a number) rather than just type in the page URL and now it works fine.
I don’t suppose there’s a way to get images to show in the free version?
OK! So, it sounds like the Page ID was the issue, and you’ve got that part resolved?
Depending on which images you are talking about, yes! Avatars show in the Pro version (people’s headshots), but images that are Posted in the Feed will show in the Free version.

Yeah the page ID is sorted, I have the feed working BUT there are np pictures shown in the feed (free version)

There was an issue that was blocking images from loading, due to an updated response in the Graph API.
This has since been fixed on our end, so I am marking this topic as resolved.
