Feed Instagram error

    Hello,

    i try to connect my instagram account but it doesn’t work.

    i have this message :

    “Something went wrong. Please try to reload page. If this repeats please contact support at https://social-streams.com/contact”

    and

    ” Plugin received next error message from network API for this feed:

    Feed cache has not been built. Try to manually rebuild cache using three dots menu on the left. ”

    (I purchase this plugin, so i tried to submit a ticket but it doesn’t work to)

    Hello, please use PHP version 5.5 or above. Also, ask hosting support to enable allow_url_fopen in PHP settings for your account.

    Hello,

    I can’t use this PHP version and the allow_url_fopen is enable.

    I have this message :

    And when i try to rebuild i have this one :

    “Something went wrong. Please try to reload page. If this repeats please contact support at https://social-streams.com/contact/”

    I try the plugin “feed them social” and when i try to connect my instagram with the same configuration i have no problem ..

    So how i can fix this ?

    Hello, PHP version higher than 5.4 is necessary. Please ask hosting support for upgrade.
