    Hey there!

    I successfully set up my feed with this app. I have some errors still though and I would like to know if there is a way to fix it – about inventory in my shop: I set everything to 999 yesterday in the hope it would fix the problem problem, but it still persists. I don’t know how I could change that.

    Also, the error about missing ISBN/GTIN, I would like to set to identifier_exists = no, as we have unique products with no article number.

    Is someone here with a possible solution maybe? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi @acinio

    According to the error report, it indicates the Item id Between the Local inventory feed and the Primary feeds are not matching. Could you please share the primary feed and the local inventory feed you have uploaded. Also, your local inventory is still unverified. Verify the local inventory from your Google merchant settings.

    About the local inventory feed: Yes, we don’t have it set up fully yet, I am wondering if it is needed when we are selling a service / digital products? I came from Shopify and there I only used the Google channel to set-up the merchant center, without any local inventory feeds as far as I know.

    Hi @acinio

    The issue is not related to the primary feed or cannot be resolved with it. GMC is somehow considering that you have a physical store, and that’s why it’s asking you to provide local inventory details through a local inventory feed. The issue is mostly likely related to your account setup.

    If you have used a business name while creating your GMC account, you can try changing it to your name or nickname which may help. That’s not a proven solution but that might help.

    If it remains the same, I would suggest you to contact Google merchant support regarding this issue.
