Feed Never loads / User not Found

My instagram feed never load. I just have a spinner.

Also, I also get a “user does not exist” pop up on the Feed settings when I try to add erinelise.artiste to the users. It will add a hashtag but not my username which is what I want. Regardless, the feed never loads.

I have done these: Revoked access on my instagram and then release and renewed my token. Deleted my feed, then re-added it (and updated the feed shortcode on the page).

I have .16 version. Am I supposed to buy the .17 upgrade?
