Feed not displaying via shortcode or html method…

I installed the plugin on a wordpress site and the the only thing being shown is a “powered by juicer” line. Any ideas on why the short code or the actual html tags aren’t working? I’m not seeing any console output that is lending a direction. Sorry for the vagueness, but I’m not sure how to report with anymore specificity.
