Feed not loading on Instagram – Error

    Hello, my feed was working properly but all of a sudden it starts to send me to an Instagram error page.

    That page could not load and ask me to reload the page.

    on the feed there are 4 reels showing, 3 of them are with error, 1 opens normally!

    Could you help me?

    Hi @crestanads,

    My apologies for the issues you encountered with our plugin. I checked the URL you shared and all four of the reels displayed on your homepage opened on Instagram without issues. The only issue I encountered is that the thumbnails for some of reels are solid black images. This is because Instagram automatically sets the first frame of each reel as the thumbnail image. This is something we have no control over. To avoid this in the future, please set the first frame of each video as the thumbnail.

    If there are other issues, could you share more details about the problem you are having so we understand better and get it resolved as quickly as possible. You can use a tool like imgbb.com to share screenshots or a tool like loom.com to share a screencast.
