Feed Not Refreshing

    Hello!

    I love this plugin.
    Paid for the Pro version as soon as I installed the regular one.

    Lately, in a couple of my sites, I have been having a problem.
    The feed is not refreshing.
    If I go into the Settings, and change the “Check for new Facebook posts every”, it refreshes immediately.
    Yet I don’t see another refresh.

    Is it something on my side?
    What can I check?

    Hey knucleheads,

    This was a known issue caused by the recent WordPress 4.3 update. We released an update which should fix the problem. If you update to version 2.5.10, which is the latest version, then it should solve the problem for you. You may need to click ‘Save Changes’ on the plugin’s Settings page after updating in order to manually clear the plugin cache.

    Let me know whether that fixes the problem, and if you have any other issues with the Pro version in future then could you submit a support request via our website as the moderators of this forum don’t allow us to support paid products here.
