    Hi,
    Here are my issues:
Here are my notes on your questions for support:

    Share your calendar ID
(Calendar ID: [email protected]) If I use the XML it defaults back to this when I save..

Is your issue happening using a shortcode, widget or both?

Error message in widget: No valid Feed IDs have been entered for this widget. Please check that you have entered the IDs correctly in the widget settings (Appearance > Widgets), and that the Feeds have not been deleted.
Page Shortcode doesnt show at all.

Did your issue happen upon a fresh install of the plugin or an upgrade from a previous version (and which one)?
    Fresh Install

Take a screenshot of your feed and/or widget settings and link to it using a screen sharing service like Dropbox, Cloudup, or Jing/Screencast.

Paste in the shortcode and event builder content you’re using.
    [gcal id=”778″]

It’s extremely helpful if you can put up a test page (or multiple pages) and link the issue you’re having so we can take a look.

    Page w/ Short Code: http://greenportsynagogue.com/calendar/

I have also set the API as instructed in your notes. It looks to me like the calendar ID is diffent from your notes, and I don’t see where I get my “Feeds to Display” from.

    Thanks,
    Steve

    Hi,

Sorry you are having issues. Please also take a step through this to make sure we can rule this out to: http://wpdocs.philderksen.com/google-calendar-events/misc/theme-and-plugin-conflicts/

Also, it looks like the error message from your widget is saying that you have not entered the feed ID there. Do you have a screenshot of your widget settings also? Are you using the built in widget or a shortcode in a text widget?

Your feed ID is the same that is listed in the shortcode example [gcal id=”xxx”] (778 for your feed) and that must be entered into the widget settings if you are using the built in widget.

Let me know if any of this helps or if we need to dig deeper.

    Thanks!

With the 2015 Theme on and all plugins disabled I’m able to see the grid on the page, but no date entries (I put samples on the 28th and 29th.

I am using your built in widget, and I did not realize id=xxx was what to put in so I’ve done that (778).

The shortcode is also on the page http://greenportsynagogue.com/calendar/ (that’s the screenshot)

Do you have a premium support plan? I can give you admin access and gmail login.

    Thanks,
    Steve

PS I have put my theme & plugins back on to work on other areas.

If it works on a default theme then it is possibly a theme related issue that we need to figure out.

When you tried adding events on the 28th and 29th that didn’t show up did you also clear the feed cache?

    (@stevebenthalgmailcom)

I don’t think it was actually working.
I saw the blank calendar and the dates 28 $ 29, but not any information about the event that was happening.

Can I give you the admin login?

Did you clear the feed cache before checking the dates?

You are correct. I cleared the cache and now it does show the events I created when using the 2015 theme.

I”m using Avada 3.8.4 on the site. It seems to be working now.

Do you have styling options (darker lines) or is that all done with CSS?

    Thanks!

UPDATE: Now any new events I add to google calendar are not showing up, even when I do clear cache. But then several minutes later they do appear. Is this normal? Maybe due to the Cache Duration?

Great glad it is working now 🙂

It should work right away if you manually clear the cache. Do you have any other sort of caching plugin that you are using?
