    Hi,

    I get this in my footer:

    Error: Unsupported get request. Object with ID ‘SPCA.HeidelbergGP’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api
    Type: GraphMethodException
    Code: 100
    Subcode: 33

    Any ideas?

    Hey deond3,

    You can find specific information as to what this code means on this FAQ page here. It is listed as the 8th code on the page.

    Also if you check the Facebook account in our interactive demo feed here you will see additional details on the possible causes of this error code. I am quite certain that you will find the solution under either #1 or #4 listed on that page.

    I created a access token, and removed restrictions, but still get the same error?

    Can I have you send a support request to us here through our Support page.

    Please include your plugin’s “System Info” which provides us with the best information about the settings being used and will keep your plugin System Info that we need to examine private from this open forum.

    To get your plugin’s System Info go to:

    WordPress DashBoard – Facebook Feed – Settings – Support (tabbed page).
    Select all text in the “System Info” by clicking in the box, copy and then paste the ‘System Info’ into your reply.

    I will look for your support request in our normal support system.
