Don’t run two podcasting plugins at once. Pick one and use it, but don’t run two at the same times. They will break each other.
I ran your feed thru Feed Validator and Podbase just now and everything came up fine.
Looks good now, except you have no episodes. You need to create at least 1 episode before you can submit your podcast to directories like iTunes.
There is a confusion.. should i create episode in blog Post?

But we need the podcast feed to be unique to the blog feed
Podcast feed is unique, it will have the address example.com/feed/podcast/
IF you need your blog posts organized separately, you can use post type podcasting. Is that what you want?

I think I have a last question. Can I customize the layout of audio player according to our requirement. I want to change color of player and want to make something big.
