Feed/Products Not Syncing

    I have installed and activated the plugin, followed all instructions and connected my TikTok account. When i try and upload the feed, it keep getting stuck on 30%. I unlinked my accounts and started again but still stuck on 30%

    @neilvv1976 were you able to make any progress with this issue? I’m having the exact same issue and it’s SUPER frustrating!

    @uogecko Yes, it finally worked after a few attempts. I had to delete the plugin then install again, did this a few times and it finally worked. Not sure what the problem was, when i kept installing the plugin and setting up my TikTok account, I just kept leaving it for a little while to sync and it finally working after abount 4 or 5 attempts.

    @neilvv1976 I appreciate the quick reply. I’m less than impressed with TikTok’s integration. I tried de-activating the plugin but didn’t delete it. I’ll try that!

    @uogecko No problem. It is a very poor plugin but it should work for you after a few attempts. I wish you luck!
