    Hi there,

    One of my feeds stopped working mid last week and has the following error showing:-

    This page contains the following errors:
    error on line 18794 at column 600: Extra content at the end of the document
    Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

    This is the feed if it helps

    Can you advise what is causing the issue now and how do i fix it? It has been working fine for a long time. Now it just keeps telling me that processing the feed has failed.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    It is pretty comprehensive, but usually it starts working with the first three steps.

    I had followed the steps prior and unfortunately have continued receiving the failed processing message.

    Hi, Do you have any other suggestions to resolve this issue? How can i see what the error that it mentions on the particular line that may be causing the fault as mentioned previously?

    If you have run through the procedure you will got some error log.
    Could you please follow steps 9 – 11 and share with me the logging file.

    What also would be helpful is sharing the woocommerce system info file (Woocommerce > System status > button “Get system report”)

    Thanks for your reply. I completed step 9 and 10 just now and it actually worked instead this time! Hard to explain that one but i will take it! Thanks again

    Unfortunately this was short lived! The process failed again in the overnight auto process a few hours later. This morning i have also tried re-processing the feed and it keeps failing.

    I have emailed the log and report requested, appreciate if you can assist get to the bottom of this issue. Thanks
